Brooke was amazing to work with. She helped plan the trip that was right for our family both before and after COVID. Our trip plans had to change due to COVID closing the park down. When it came time to rescheduling she made the process less stressful. It was new territory for everyone and she was quick on finding out the answer.

Heather Lawrence was wonderful helping to plan our trip to Disneyland. She knew which tower was best to stay in at the Disneyland Hotel. She was helpful in guiding us on which property to stay. This was last October and we had a wonderful family trip with the details all arranged for us. Now in the time of Covid, I would really urge using Heather as protocols and openings will change from day to day. Heather was invaluable to us, and I would definitely use her from now on. Thank you!

Currently planning our first planned trip to Disney World. Dana Kidd has been an amazing agent. She is very quick to respond to emails, she has given awesome advice for a first time planner. She helps you plan your trip specialized to you. It doesn’t feel like a one size fits all kind of planning. Give honest feedback and budget freely advice. I would certainly recommend her to anyone planning a trip!

We are Wilson and Fernanda Lopez , my travel agent is Dana Kidd !, I’m so impressed in how fast she responds all my e mails ! She moves fast and you can tell she is a very responsible and hardworking person. I had another Disney agent that I found trough her YouTube channel, she didn’t help at all ! Nothing !!!!!!! She only respond me a couple of times when I paid the 200 dollars for the trip that’s it ! After that nothing She never answer me my first email with questions that I resend three times for a month so I decide it to find another person because I’ really don’t know anything about Disney world so I need guidance. I’m so happy that I finally found Dana ! Today I went to my Disney experience and Dana already set it up . I didn’t say anything to her. I’m impressed that’s why I’m writing this review . You will be amazed by how responsible and fast she is ! And how much she cares . Is not easy to find a Disney travel like her ! I’m not worried about how I will plan my trip anymore ! I recommend Dana very much !!!! She is very knowledgeable about Disney world ! We are very excited to go to Disney world ! Thanks Dana for your help!!!

We went on our first trip to Disney in October 2019 and had an amazing time! Dana Kidd was our travel agent and she was wonderful. She is very quick to respond to any questions you may have and knows the ins and outs of planning the ultimate Disney World vacation. We were a group of 7, including 3 young children, so I had lots of logistical questions. Dana was extremely knowledgable and got back to me in literally minutes every time I emailed her. I would highly recommend!
