Given it's a government run entity with all kinds of rules and regulations that makes no sense to us and probably sometimes to the employees as well, I guess it's as good as it's going to get. After a chat with the postmaster M. Garza, I received a little insight and understanding. The employees do try to do their best. I retract my previous review and offer this updated one.
This is undoubtedly the worst post office on the planet! The level of incompetence in this facility is unreal. They do there best to belittle you and make you feel dumb. If easily triggered avoid this place...better yet avoid this town like the plague!
