The owner of the property called me back, was able to leave a deposit and payment for first months rent over the phone. Convenient and very practical especially when I work 7 days a week. I was informed by previous Tennent's and customers that this is one of the safest and quietest parks in the city ! Since I go home every month or two and am always on site , I highly recommend this location.

We've been here at Acme for a year. With our jobs moving often this location has been convenient. Its a quiet, well cared for property. The laundry facility is free. The owners just expect you to keep things neat, clean, and quiet. They also provide Wi-Fi and a portion of the electric. We love it here.
