A Travel Center

🏖Jim is the best agent ever. This is our 3rd extended vacation we have planned with Jim and A Travel. Each trip we had 5-10 people. Every detail was planned and worked out perfectly. 🏝Thanks for getting our toes in the sand! 🍻Cheers and Thanks Jim🍻!!

Knowledgeable, helpful, and so much fun!

Booking our Trip was easy. However when we arrived at our destination all hell broke loose. I was in a different country with out a phone. Thank goodness for Wifi. I was able to get in touch with the agent through email. But before I could make contact with the Agent I posted HELP on my facebook page and I was mad, I stated how incompetent I felt things were. Needless to say after a 2 hour delay in a hotel lobby for a canceled prepaid reservation. I got a room. Not the one I wanted Not the bed I wanted. Hotel is bending over backwards and being very kind. However what did I get from A Travel Center a request to remove my post. EPIC FAIL. I proceeded to educate the Facebook person of what would have prevented this post and review. ......How about starting off your Email with " I AM SORRY THAT HAPPENED" HERE IS WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU. And here is what happened.... insert plausible explanation here.... And we Hope you will use us again in the future and give us another chance. And we would like to offer you 10% off your next vacation booked with us or something like that. INSTEAD you send me a message hey remove your post we know it was in the heat of the moment but it is making us look bad. Customer Service.... F. Reasonable Chance I will use A TRAVEL CENTER AGAIN? Not likely after this exchange. So yes, this exchange makes my statement of incompetence true. A Travel Center 6:14pm A Travel Center Sorry to upset you that was not my attention.
