I rented a game and the disc was replaced by a paper copy. I reported this to Redbox and they charged me for the game. I got back to then a few times and explained what happened and they did not refund my money back. They even suspended my account; I cannot rent using the same account. I used to go once a week, now I dont go at all. They lost a good customer and I have spread the word around my block. Very disappointed.
Well great addition to our area, it is the only machine in the vicinity. So with that said it has a good rotation of movies, and games. If you do not find the movie you want next day it's there. The only down fall is that if the machine breaks down, no movies until it gets fixed.
