Gabe and his team are some of the best in the business! They are always willing to go the extra mile for each of their clients. They return calls and emails which is added icing on the cake! I would highly recommend you give PMI a try when looking for a Property Management Company!

Gabe and I have a real estate relationship that goes back 20 years. With PMI Wasatch, he has created a company that has worked hard with me on successful real estate purchases and sales as well as management of my current property portfolio in the Salt Lake area. They provide me with timely response and upfront information pertaining to my real estate needs.
they are very disorganized. make mistakes all the time and the only impaired are us. They do not speak all the amounts involved in the rent before signing the contract. after I signed the contract I was asked to pay several extra fees and 2 months later he told me that the utilities for garbage and sewage are not included in the rent. Absurd. I am very upset, now I have to spend a year with a higher rent than what I was planning.
I've tried to call for a simple question several times and never get an answer. The recording stated an email but you can't tell what it says. The email I got back after looking it up online didn't even have a proper greeting, body with any kind of correct grammatical use, or closing. Very unprofessional.
I've been overcharged now for 2 months and have sent 4 emails in the last month with no responses or fixes. Awful awful company
