They may be great at taking your. money,but try to get them to resolve a problem. They ask for the problem and say they will call you back. But never do and forget the problem when you call back. Take the problem and forget it as soon as you hang up. I've been waiting on an answer to a policy problem for months.

Preston Insurance is family operated business that has been run for many years by three generations of the Preston family. They are an independent agency representing a number of major companies. The Preston's offer friendly, personalized small town service in the heart of downtown Childress, Texas. Highly recommend doing business with these wonderful hometown folks.
