Marsha Hickman is my go-to closer. She and her team are THE best. Marsha is always professional, hard-working, and very knowledgeable....She goes the extra mile--always. I use Independence Title as much as possible and Marsha Hickman and her team. They go over and beyond for me and my clients. Most people do not understand how much work and logistics title goes through to make closings happen. Marsha has even answered her phone on the weekends when clients have had questions and deadlines. The team always takes on any questions and goes over and beyond to make me and my clients lives stress free. I highly recommend Marsha Hickman and her team!!!
