We've been very pleased with the Hilton Agency. Robert always returns calls and emails promptly. We appreciated that he took the time to talk us through our options so we get the plan that worked best for us.nnWe did have a pretty major claim when our washing machine failed and flooded part of our house. The floors were damaged beyond repair. Robert took us through the claim. And in the end, Farmers got some of their money back from the washing machine manufacturer, and they gave us almost all of our deductible back.

They are friendly, prompt to reply, and always willing to review with me to see if costs can be lowered consistent with maintaining the protection we need. Robert has also assisted with my notary renewal and with bond requirements for an estate administration.nnRobert stepped in after his predecessor, Rod Burke, retired and we have been happy with the transition. I would definitely recommend Robert Hilton. I've also recently gotten to know Claire better (she helps Robert) and think that the two of them make a great insurance team!
