I signed up for a policy on April 27 and it has been in underwriting every since that day. I called the office multiple times and asked the status and they tell me they same thing that it’s still processing. I already paid for the month and I’m not canceling my current insurance until I get a sure yes from this company. When I asked how long my refund will take they told me a few weeks but it only took them 2 days to take the money from my bank account. I never get a call back. This is not the experience I was told that I would have. I’ve had a way better experience with another State Farm office.

Needed paperwork faxed for a different State Farm. The ladies were very nice and even sent me an electronic copy! Comfortable office, easy to get to.

Don and his team are always there to take good care of me. Recently Brenda did a great job helping clear the way for me to getting my cracked windshield fixed. I originally filed the claim using the State Farm app. After two calls from two different people the claim showed as closed even though nothing had happened on my side of it. I called Don's office and Brenda fixed me up. Binswanger called me that afternoon and were out the next day replacing my windshield. She really came through. Just one example of how their personal touch has come through for me over the years.
