Melanie of Evans Ewan & Brady Insurance Agency responded to my inquiry of properly studying the replacement costs of our home. Our prior carrier (with whom we had used for nearly 20 years) was suggesting a much lower value, which kind of scared us. In the end, we were able to raise our coverage level AND save money on our annual premiums for all needs: home, auto, and liability. It makes sense that working with a totally independent agency is a great method to keep yourself current and with the best insurers. Be sure to always check the ratings and complaints with the Texas Department of Insurance and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Melanie's responses to our many questions was outstanding. Thank you!

I had a great experience with EWB. Just moved from MN. Needed local (Texas) auto insurance. Contacted these folks by phone. Melanie was able to handle everything either by phone or e-mail. Shortly, I had the coverage I needed. We then proceeded to work on homeowners insurance. A thoroughly enjoyable experience for me.

I can’t say enough about Ken. If I could give this hero of mine a higher rating, I would. He took the time to look at our assets and look at our personal needs to the highest level. Ken not only provides the insurance that safe guards us personally, he makes you feel so secure. Ken works for the people not the insurance. I had been with my other agent for over 30 yrs. I thought I was secure and I was important, but in reality it wasn’t about us, we were not covered and paid a fortune. Ken provided us with max coverage with a lower monthly payment and saving of over 600 a yr for our auto/home/umbrella insurance. He explained what we was getting and provided live examples of what it does to protect us. I absolutely love this guy. Melanie is also wonderful with being prompt, polite and personal to finalize the insurance plans. This is a true compassionate company that works for the people. I can’t say enough about them all.
