Since my first appointment, I have felt WELCOMED and very comfortable. George at the front desk was very welcoming and greeted me and really provided assistance. Therapist: Wayne Bonkowski has been very thorough with exercises and answers all of my questions. Nicholas Leclair has been great with my exercises as well and explains why I am doing what I am doing and makes me feel very comfortable too. Look forward to my 5 more sessions and recommend ATI and staff = A+ rating. Met Liz who is new at the front desk and is “bubbly and very welcoming” she asks how I am and makes me feel great. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The ATI team is awesome and is my go to anytime I’m feeling down. Clean, friendly, energetic, make you feel right at home, the ATI Medford location is full of SUPERSTARS to accommodate any kind of physical therapy you might want or need. My PT Chris gives you his undivided attention and makes it personal to helping you achieve your therapy needs. Special SHOUT OUT to Meghan at the front desk for making the process easy and is always super courteous and professional with scheduling and booking. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

The staff at the Medford ATI have been great. They are very professional and diligent about your recovery. They are also very clean if thats your concern. Would highly recommend them.

It’s simply frustrating and irresponsible on the part of ATI employees. I scheduled physical therapy for my mother with all the necessary documents they requested in two weeks advance. Then after I called them two days before to make sure there was no issue. They said we are all set. One day before the appointment, I got 5 text messages from them about the confirmation, safety and other instructions. On the appointment day, I took a day off from my work and drove my mother for therapy. Then the gentleman at the desk said we had some insurance coverage issue. He blamed the other female co-worker (not present at the site) for not informing me about the issue. That’s so unprofessional, they wasted my day for nothing, they could have texted me, called me or left a voicemail … but no, never again.
