Polite, responsive, and professional. After shopping around for homeowners insurance, it was clear they had the best coverage at the lowest price. Curiosity got the best of me and I got an auto insurance quote too. Wow! They beat USAA! I had been with USAA for 14 years and have never seen someone beat their coverage and rates! Strey successfully increased my coverage for both while saving me $700 a year on home and $1100 a year on auto. Who doesn't want excellent service and to save almost 2k a year?!?!? If you're looking for insurance, do yourself a favor and give these kind folks a call.

Dawn got my message about locking myself out of home and car, and returned it promptly. Gave instructors for lockout service and let me get it taken care of. So pleased, stay safe and well.

Have never had an issue with their insurance but do have issues with their employees and customer service. They tend to forget to send you information even via email. It takes several times of calling back to ask where the email is or if they mailed you something. Very irritating.
