Called to ask for a monthly pass for my friend, I was told I needed to go there. We took time off from work, when we arrive the guy said that the manager wasn't there and go back on Monday. That was already 2 days after the beginning of the month. I took time off on Monday. I asked the manager (his name is Tom) to be a good sport and at least give us $10 credit since we parked there the weekend and we did come on Friday but he wasn't there. He refused. I did tell him I'm going to complain, I think he cared less. I find business like this unworth to go back. I hope my friend decides to take his car somewhere else. Management of this type is quite sad.

Never ever give them your credit card number to be charged monthly. It is impossible to get them to stop charging it once you leave!!! Shame on this shady business!
Useful for traversing the immediate area, because there's a large sky-bridge in the middle. There's some neat little restaurants and a gym attached to this.nnI found a used condom in the elevator once. Someone's been listening to too much Aerosmith, again.
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Revoked monthly passes because of encore, extremely rude employees, absentee management (my car was hit in their garage and I called security for information about 15 times before giving up), and machines that always seem to be broken or buggy. Would not recommend doing business with this garage, ever.
