We reserved economy car on Christmas eve due to our car breaking down. I've rented several times with Enterprise and had been very pleased. The main switchboard hadn't got my CC info so I called the Georgetown location to confirm and give them my CC#. I was informed there were no economy cars only vans and if I wanted a vehicle i had to pay the van price. Generally if a car rental company are out of one class they upgrade at no charge to keep their clients coming back. They would be closed on the 25th and we asked if we could have the van til Saturday then switch to an economy vehicle. The rep in Gtown wasn't willing to budge a bit on the price which was, for 3 days, $43.00 less than the cost of 7 days at the eonomy rate. I called the other Gtown location, she just laughed and said she'd been booked for a week. Nothing available. I can remember when people would go out of their way to keep their clients. These people wouldn't give a rat's... So much for seeing the grandchildren on Christmas. Happy holidays.

Reserved a mid sized car days ahead of time. Get there and all they have is mini vans, trucks, and SUVs. Then charged an extra $10/day for additional driver. Overall letdown and wont use enterprise again especially this location. When I asked why we even reserve if what we reserve isnt there and the employee tried to blame us for being there at 5:30pm instead of 5pm as the reason why no car in the midsize class was available. Whats worse is earlier when my girlfriend called, the employee told her to come after 5 and more selection would be available which is why we came at 5:30. Ridiculously stressful transaction when it should have been a simple step in the beginning of our vacation.

This location is terrible, I've been using enterprise for years with my company and this location is the worst I've ever dealt with, they are never organized. I make reservations and come in and they have no cars or all they have is mini vans. One time they made me wait until they closed to take me to another location to get a car because I didn't want to drive a mini van. If I wanted a van I would have reserved one. This last time is the final straw for me. I made a reservation at 5:30pm. Called the day of reservation and asked if I could pick up earlier they said yeah no problem. I go in and of course they don't have the car I reserved but they did have something so no big deal. I keep the car for 2 days and return it before the time I had reserved. I was quoted 86.02 but because I kept the car 2 hours over, my bill went to 205. Keep in mind I said I wouldn't bring the car back until 5:30pm and was still told 86.02. not once did the guy say, hey if you pick it up early you have to return it at the same time. If I was told that I would have just picked it up at the regular time. I will not be using this location anymore.
