Good fare of wings and things. The salads are clean, fresh and tasty. They have a lot of wing flavors and spiciness, along with boned vs. boneless. We hit this place when we want to watch a sports game. They have a ton of TVs. Usually, getting there 1/2 hour early will get you a set for most broadcast sports events. But they do fill up. The staff are friendly.nnUpdated Oct 2, 2020. Removed two stars. Ordered twice this month. Both times the app just spins during checkout. I had to call the restaurant to put in the order. The last to go order this week, the French fries were like cold card board sticks - very hard to eat. Many of the wings were not crispy - dry or wet seasoning. The skin was wet. on the Nashville hot. I don't mean wet coating, I mean wet skin. A bit inedible. The dry lemon pepper were okay. The carrots and celery were okay. Please improve.
Not sure what has happened to staff. The last 2 times I have been there, service was horrible. I spoke to management the first time to give feedback. I thought I would never return but gave it another shot. We returned again just recently and sad to say we were not happy. Each of the 2 times we were there for at least 15min and was never once greeted by a server. After waiting so long, we decided to get up and leave both times. I didn't call management the second cause I was told from the first incident that things would be better and that she would talk to staff. At this point I'm not sure we want to ever come back. We've spent a lot of $$ in that place and brought many customers.
First time at this location, and it’ll be the last. The gentleman at the host station was very nice, greeted us and got us seated right away. But from there it went downhill. Our server, I believe her name is Stassney, acted like we were bothering her by just being there. Took a long time to take our order, there were maybe 5 other tables occupied so it wasn’t super busy at all. Only came back to check on us after we had our food to see if we were ready for the bill. Food was not good either, wings were over cooked and dry, seemed to be tossed in only a teaspoon of sauce. Asked for celery and carrots and literally was brought 4 carrot sticks and 5 celery sticks, which looked old and dried out too. What we paid was not worth what we received. Mediocre food, with mediocre service. Will not be back.
Food is great and always has been, but I don't recommend picking up. 2 times in a row something has been missing or an order was mixed up.nnFirst time 20 wings and fries were missing and we got 10 traditional wings for some reason.nnTonight it was 4 large fries missing from my order. Very frustrating.nnAlways check your receipt and bag before you leave!!!
The customer service was great. The food was good for buffalo. I got it to go and it was still warm and the fries was still good when I got home. One thing, which was not their fault, but BWW must've changed their salt and vinegar seasoning for the fries because it had some dried herbs in it and was not good.
