Barrels & Amps has been a great addition to the Georgetown square. It has an inviting atmosphere with a mixture of rustic decor and live music. They have a great selection beers on tap. The food menu is small but everything we’ve tried has been well-prepared and tasty. The only downside is they seem to not have enough waitstaff for the dining area. Overall, this is a really fun place with good food and drinks. Looking forward to many more visits in the future.
It was fun and the food was ok. The downsides were the fish and chips were both under done, and after a couple of hours, the piano guy was over done. People need to stop bringing him so many drinks! I did have fun singing and I look forward to going again.
Had a great time. Atmosphere is nice, the service was top notch. Great selection of drinks and the food was good and fresh. We are foodies so we appreciate good food.

While a lively crowd of wonderful people. My biggest concern was that the staff would not even engage in the mildest of conversation with you. While I know people in the service industry make less than minimum wage, I would assume it would be natural that they would at least try to mingle with establishments guests. However nothing of the sort was rendered. The one bartender who served me only half the time, saw that I had not filled in my credit card receipt and amply pointed out the tip field. Of course I knew it was there and I was waiting to see some sort of reason to tip well, however not even a smile or have a good night was rendered. Tips are never implied, to ensure proper service is what tips stands for. I would recommend to come in to this bar to have a quick drink but unless you live locally it is nothing special.
