Nice lounge, one of the more open ones with plenty of comfy seating and plugs. Bathrooms we're nice if a little small. Great food selection and quality to match. Wish there was some low key music, just a little something to make it a little less quiet. I understand people are working but it felt like a library until more people came and livened it up a bit. Other than that, really nice, would be happy to visit again.
Excellent views over downtown Boston. Poor bar tender service, no cocktail menu, barman was pretty unfriendly. Unable to mix your own drinks, you have to rely on the unhelpful barman. Staff seem to be happy to chat amongst themselves and ignore guests. Very good food menu and chefs friendly and approachable. Has the potential to be an excellent lounge if staff were managed and supervised better.
Not up to standard and was very disappointed with the lounge. It was not clean and the tables had trash on them.
Definetly one of the better lounge in Boston Logan. Better than the Air France lounge. They have shower too if you need to get freshen up.
Very good lounge - one of the best BA lounges I’ve visited. Great dinner and efficient friendly service even though it was busy. Actually much much better than Heathrow T5, especially the menu choice.
