If I could leave negative stars I certainly would. We started getting less and less mail a few weeks ago. We had no problems with our service up till now. Our mail just arrived today and the box was stuffed full of 3 weeks of mail. Mail post marked 3 weeks ago! To top it off, they didn't even take the outgoing mail that was in there. Just stuffed all the new (old) mail right into it. They don't answer their phone, whose really shocked over that? This is exactly why people do not have faith any longer in our postal service.
This is truly sad. My mail has been returned for unknown reasons and yet I still keep getting mail from people who lived in my home over a decade ago. My current issue is that the carrier puts my packages in a locker and A.) gives the key to a different resident or B.) Just doesn't give me the key at all.nAnd you wonder why people don't use the post office? I would rather pay to have my items shipped via UPS or FedEx just to make certain I get them...
Lied and claimed they attempted a delivery when I was in my living room at the time they said they were there and never saw them at any point. Then tracking says my package was being held at my request (which I did not request) Then when I went to pick it up, they told me it was still on the truck for delivery which makes no sense. They keep telling me this every day for 5 days and then just tell me their system says the package has been delivered and there’s nothing they can do.
I would have given 1 star, but for some reason my service has improved in the past several months. I’ve lived here 10 years and had mail and packages brought to me from neighboring streets at least twice a week. That’s 104 times a year. All of a sudden it stopped a few month ago and have had very few problems.
The Clerk is frank. You can tell he is seen it all when it comes to shipping. My shipping experiences always seem unique to me but it's good to have someone who is willing to help and is experienced. I just wish they would fix their weighing machine.
