Just purchased a 2015 Volvo S80 and I spent some time talking to Michelle out of Luke's office. She was great! Very attentive, patient, kind, and professional. She walked me through the process, step by step, was able to explain ALL the different coverages and gave me a great quote! She was able to beat out AAA and Geico. So a great quote along with an attentive ,professional person has me feeling great about my decision to go with State Farm for my car insurance. Thanks Michelle!

Poor communication. Failed to update my address correctly after almost 2 years of being a customer. Never responded to my emails or phone calls. Only called me one time after I requested to cancel my policy. Still didn't cancel my policy and instead let it lapse for payment issues. After over 10 years of good experience with State Farm with my previous (retired) agent, I will never use this company again because of this agent.

I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years - and have lived in many different states. In all of our State Farm experiences I would have to say Luke Smith's office was the best! Luke and his staff always went above and beyond to get us our policy quotes and any other information we needed as soon as possible. They kept things positive every step of the way, and always made me feel welcome no matter how many times I contacted them. Luke worked diligently to locate a credit due to us (that was dropped in error by another office), and Justin was always so responsive, pleasant and helpful... you won't be disappointed by this team!
