This place got one star for the fact they said hello. They do not know what they are doing and eventually they will make a mistake and then say it is your fault. They gave me bad advise on changing companies which ended with higher payments and a loss on the up front cost of changing. The vehicle I had covered by them only went through one tank of gas in seven months, no accidents or tickets but yet they were able to mess my account up. A potato would have done a better job than them. Think twice before doing business with them because they will not own up to any wrong doings on their part. They do not care about their customers, we are just numbers to them
