Please don’t waste your time with this insurance company. Your claim will take over a month to get a response for, only for it to get denied. I wish I would’ve read all these bad reviews before paying for 2 years with them.

I used this company for a year and then they sent a letter stating that I had to sign a paper because they would no longer cover my roof but still pay the same price. I've never filed a claim. I assume they just don't want to pay for anything since the snow that come through. I do not recommend.

They NEVER answer!!!!! Literally they don't respond to calls, messages, emails, NOTHING! We are going on a MONTH and still not check or money released to us for the damages we had from the Texas winter STORM! over it!!! getting an Attorney - Wellington if you read this and you have my claim I suggest you contact me ASAP.

We placed a claim on February 17th due to the winter storm that affected most of Texas. Since then I have not been able to contact someone about it and no one has contacted me. No phone calls, nothing. Customer service just puts me on the direct line to my agent and it goes straight to voicemail. Customer service tells me “they’ve tried contacting you multiple times” and THEY HAVE NOT. They will send emails telling me to reach out but when I reply, they do not reply. I also call the number they put on there for my agent but guess what? STRAIGHT VOICEMAIL. Poor communication and poor customer service skills. This insurance is a JOKE.

Weeks to come out, adjuster didn't even go in all runs with damage, never get a live person when you call, calls backs take 48 hours and use a different number every time they call. Damage on 16th and still no adjuster report. Won't call contractor back, I can't get them directly to conference in contractor.
