Wow! The best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Joe is very courteous and friendly. Even with his mask on, I could tell he was smiling. I’ll definitely be back!! If you want old school customer attention and service, go to Eagle Postal Center!
Joe is a very Friendly, Genuine man. I really trust his advise and his service is amazing! He greets everyone that walks in with a smile, making sure that he connects with them. He is attentive to the customer's needs and advises the plan of action that he thinks is most suitable for the situation. When living in the area, I picked up/shipped out mail from this Postal Center on a weekly basis and observed that Joe and his service is quality and very consistent. I was constantly surprised/impressed with how he connected and build trust with his customers.

Always a good sign when you walk into a postal center and the back wall is lined with Star Wars merchandise and figurines haha. Joe was incredibly nice and awesome to work with, I will 110% be coming back here!
I am overdue in posting my review but I went in there on a cold, wet day in October with precious items that needed to be shipped for my mom's memorial. It was not an easy day. Joe was kind and incredibly helpful. He carefully wrapped my items and suggested the least expensive and most expedient method for shipping. I really won't go anywhere else after the way Joe treated me that day. Thank you Joe for your kindness and wisdom!
