Hanna is amazing!! She helped us out about two times!! We left an came back and everything!! You would’ve never thought that she had just started her job a week ago !! Amazing work!! ( the big orange fish are eating the smaller ones like you said ud83eudd23)

The ladies there are super sweet. The store is clean, fully stocked and has everything you need. I even have a self-service dog bath station that is really cool.

Clarissa is the best! She assisted me and suggested a great food for my dog.

Former employee speaking out to let all customers know not to shop at this company. Management does not I repeat DOES NOT care about animal health within the store and has allowed multiple animals to die in the store rather than taking them to the vet to get the care they need. I have witnessed with my own eyes animal neglect too many times to continue working for this company. Manager Angie is working there for the money and only the money. Management treats workers like every single thing they do is wrong and offers absolutely no recognition causing our whole entire staff to have quit many many times (I am the only associate left after when I started 6 months ago). Assistant manager Clarissa would rather spend her entire shift on her phone having inappropriate conversations with one of our other male associates than focusing on her job and the customers well being allowing customers to enter our store without a mask and not say anything because her face is buried in her phone. Animal hope is also responsible for multiple accounts of animal neglect. We keep cats in our store to be adopted and 10/10 they are always sick or something is always wrong with them due to the lack of care animal hope shows. We have a cat at our store that has worms and has been vomiting profusely for days and no one stepped up to care for him (other than myself and another associate James) and simply watched him suffer. When I took it upon myself to bring up the fact that he needed to go to the vet our assistant manager Clarissa sent a text with no urgency. We waited most of the night for the shelter to come pick him up but he never came. I took it upon myself to contact a 24-hour animal hospital and almost took the cat there and took on the full responsibility of the bills right then and there so this cat would not die overnight due to the lack of care from our management staff. Upon getting in touch with our district manager she was able to get in contact with the shelter and they came and picked him up however the response I was met with from my manager and assistant manager was the most rude thing I have ever experienced in my entire life. Absolutely under no circumstances should you punish an associate for doing the right thing. EVER.The response from animal hope's owner Ben was also extremely rude and concerning. Upon his arrival to pick up the cat he had an attitude as if calling him to pick up one of his own cats was such an inconvenience to him. He had insinuated that nothing was wrong with the cat and that his presence wasn't needed and hastily picked up the cat, threw him in the back of his van and left. Save your money and your pets and take them somewhere else where they actually care about you and your animals because if they don't even care about the animals in their own store what makes you think they're going to care about yours.
