This location is amazing! We rushed here before the big storm to ensure we had enough of our specialty dog food to be able to make it through. It also happened to be Valentine's Day. Not only did this store have our order ready for us within 20 minutes (important because the roads were getting bad) but they also gave us a goody bag with the food in a cute Valentine's motif with a sweet note and treats for both the humans and pup. Such a nice touch to let us know they appreciate our business and such a nice human touch to show they care as the whole world was in storm panic! They could have closed on this day as many other companies did, but they stayed open to take care of their customers. Loyal to them because of this!

Really clean , well stocked and reasonably priced store. They had dog beds in sizes I was never able to find before. The staff was friendly and attentive. I will go back.

Nice store nice people.( But ) the girl at the front door greeting you seems way to helpful, seems like everywhere I was she was there asking if I need help. Geez lady let me shop in peace. I'll ask if I need help!

Super awesome variety of treats, toys, and food! I popped in 20 min before closing time in hope to find a treat for my dog’s birthday however felt super unwelcomed, girl who greeted me seemed annoyed I came as she was wiping the glass on the doors (I didn’t even touch the glass.) The second woman’s tone was very cold when I asked if they had any doggy pastries similar to the Three Dog Bakery that used to be next door. Their pastry selection was VERY small and overpriced. I miss Three Dog Bakery and their welcoming staff. I work in customer service and can understand how annoying it can be to have a customer pop in last minute but it’s still your job to be welcoming and nice to guests. I typically never write reviews but I’ve never felt like such a burden to an employee. Hopefully they get better staff or learn to chill out and not give an attitude, because they have the chillest job ever selling pet food and accessories.
