If zero stars were an option, I’d give them that. During the worst possible time in my family’s life, the unexpected death of a son, Capital Title actually made our journey worse. They were unresponsive, uncaring, and unprofessional. Our first escrow officer would not return phone calls or email. Then she went on maternity leave, passing us off to 2 others who both failed to contact us for over a week. The week of closing, I was finally contacted by one of them asking me for several items that, naturally with only a few days left, I was unable to get. We had to postpone closing more than once. Finally I was forced to fire them and work with a different title company (Simplified Title) who was caring, responsive, and professional and got the job done. I would definitely NOT recommend Capital Title to anyone.
