Appears to be disorganized. Has taken months to get Homeowners insurance with mortgage company straightened out.

I absolutely HATE FARMERS INSURANCE!!! They have totally screwed me over. Their motto is collect the money, ask for more and then deny ALL CLAIMS!!!! They don't pay a red cent!!!!! I am now losing a tenant and they are going to foreclose on my house!!! But John the adjuster in Burleson,Texas is living high and mighty!!! Oh, and whatever you do, don't contact John at 4:45pm because even though he is being paid, he is NOT TO BE BOTHERED!!! He thought I had hung up and I heard him say, well, why do you call at the end of the day? Gosh, John, I am so sorry to have bothered you!!! Also John, I live in Washington!!!! It is 2:45pm here. But John, you will be pleased I am losing my house because of your denials!!! Isn't that great??!??! I won't bother you again!!!
