Absolutely the worst title company I had the pleasure to do business with. Not responsive, unprofessional. They take for ever to process the paperwork. Don't recommend Southlake office to anyone.

I’ve worked with a lot of different title companies over the years (at least 50 different companies/locations) and have never complained on one as I will today about Fidelity. The seller and listing agent chose this company and it was evident that the title company was only working to help them. This was a tough transaction, but not more so than any other transaction that has its delays. I try to be Pro Active and help as I can, but the seller and listing agent were adamant about leaving keys at the title company for the buyer to pick up as soon as it funded. I had reached out to title at least a few days in advance letting them know that I would be out of pocket and not able to help relay the keys from their hands to the buyer and I knew the buyer would be at work, so I asked for help so the buyer could obtain keys before the weekend. Lacey, the closer, even told my client that she would meet him after it funded and then revoked her offer. By this time, we had funded and it was too late for me to scramble to try to get another agent in my office to help run keys to the buyer. At this point, Lacey offered overnighting the keys/package to the house via FedEx, but she did not inform us, until we asked multiple times, that the delivery time is uncertain, so keys may not be delivered until the evening, delaying my clients obtaining the keys and their move even further. If you want the most negative experience you have ever had while trying to buy a home, by all means use this company, but there are so many other options for title companies that will help all parties involved along the way, instead of causing more issues in an already “tough” transaction
