I usually am never one to leave a bad review... We’ve been here several times and never had a bad experience. We invited 5 of our friends tonight for a fun movie night and the experience was the WORST. We were in the smallest theater that had ripped up seats and broken tabletops. 3 of our friends had to get refunds and leave because their seats were double booked. They couldn’t even enjoy our night out! Then, mine and my husbands food still hadn’t made it out to us after an hour. Our other 2 friends ordered at the same time and already had their food and finished it.... we notified the waitress and then it took another 20 minutes to get our food to us. They did take 50% off of our food which was nice, but the whole experience was terrible. We will not be back.nnUpdate 2 years later:nWe still haven’t been back here. Lol.

I had a wonderful experience watching Sonic hedgehog movie ,but overall My server Gary saved the day by treating us like family. He did everything for us to feel like watching a movie from home. Gary's server is 629 and he should receive a special thank you from The studio movie grill in Colleyville location. I loved the superior customer service and that's why I'm a loyal customer. Thanks for everything and for making us feel like at home.

This theater is older compared to others. The seats do not recline. The seats are old/torn and worn out. They are completely uncomfortable. Half of the buzzers were missing on the tables to order food so you have to ring the chair next to you. There was still popcorn left in the seat, and the cup holders are old and sticky. Yuck.nnThey did not have shrimp, nor brisket at 3p in the afternoon on a Monday. I've never had that happen. I've never been in a theater that serves food but are out of food at 3p on a Monday in an empty theater. Never...nnThe staff is kinda weird to me. It's hard to explain. They just are.nnThe movie previews didn't even start for almost 20 minutes after the movie start time so we were in there later than expected.nnThe food that I finally got was not good and it was not hot.nnThe waiters have not mastered the art of whispering. They were extremely loud taking orders and bringing food.nnNever again. This is my second and last time going to this theater. Done.

Very comfy and good food. Great movies and clean bathrooms. Close by my house and the staff are very polite & friendly. :)

I’ve seen many movies here! Lots of extremely comfortable seating, around 10 theatres total. You can order drinks and dinner in your seat. The dinner food tends towards heavy (chicken fingers), so I usually don’t eat here. But having a bowl of fresh popcorn and a beer at the movies is very enjoyable!
