I’ve had the experience of dropping off already stamped items at the counter. When I attempted to do that at this location, the person at the counter on 2/12 at 5 PM thought it was absurd and told me to put it in the lobby mailbox, as she laughed. What’s so different about this location and why is it a strange matter? Does she hate her job or her life? Freak! Give her job to someone with a better attitude!
I stopped in to buy Christmas stamps and got quick and courteous service. No long wait. I returned some days later to mail cards. Easy access great parking and service.
The lady at the front counter always has a bad attitude. She doesn’t want to be called to the front desk to receive packages and only wants them to be either dropped aim a bin or left on the front counter.
I got a notification saying my package was delivered to this post office. I get in there and show the lady and she tells me that it is not there. She didn’t even look! So I told her if she could at least check before telling me it was not there. She then takes the tracking number and comes back with my package. Then she tries to tell me I didn’t have the address on there. I pointed the address out to her and she just says “ oh”! She was rude and horrible service!!!!!!!!
They have a bell at the counter that they don't want anyone to ring for service! They are extremely rude at this location and actually called the cops on me and a co worker once for bringing too much mail! Something must be done about this!
