I have used Minute Key many times and the keys have always worked. Two weeks ago I used Minute Key but the keys would not work properly. I emailed the company, told them what happened and they rectified the situation, issued me a refund. The money was refunded back to my card within the week. Great service, very convenient and they stand behind their product. Am I going to use them again?? Absolutely!
Had two copies of my house key made at the kiosk in Lowe’s. Cost $10 for two keys and neither work!!! Won’t waste my time or money again.
I used the automated machine at our local Lowe's to have a couple keys made. It worked properly and quickly; the price was right and we were well satisfied with the resulting keys that were made as duplicates for our home.
Was very easy to use.
