Our original HSA administrator sold out to Alt Bentley Yates. Between the old administrator and Alt Bentley Yates we were not notified of the change. Our previous administrator received their compensation of $ .75 per month through the individual's HSA. Imagine my surprise when we receive a past due notice with NO DETAIL from Alt Bentley Yates. What a chore it was to get more information from them, and then to find out they were billing us for an employee that was terminated over eight years ago. When we were notified that their fee was increasing to $25 a month for 2 employees we decided to find another administrator, Now a new challenge has begun to get the accounts closed and funds transferred to our new administrator!
