I have dealt with many insurance companies before and this was by far my favorite interaction I have ever had. I called and was immediately greeted by Hayley. Hayley was very nice and very respectful and was able to answer all my questions. She made me feel as though I was her number one priority. I am very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone.

I'm glad that my husband and I decided to choose state farm! We were calling around to different insurance companies and all them were so high and out of our price range! I called state farm at first we were thinking they were going to be super expensive but we had the best insurance agent ever her name is Catherine! She's definitely awesome and when I do call in thats all I want to talk too. When I find a good customer service expert I like to stick to that same person. If you're thinking about getting state farm definitely call in and ask for Catherine!

Service was great! Expedient and straight forward with no questions left unanswered. Hayley was awesome to work with and friendly almost like I'd known her for years!She helped me a lot when I called State Farm looking for new insurance and was super professional!
