Because it is my own fault I have come to terms with the extremely high sales and finance prices that I've had with all three of the vehicles that I've got from this place as a matter of fact that first I was actually quite pleased because they were better than my expectations with the first card which was a Nissan Sentra and the second car was great until the last couple thousand dollars I owed on it and bust it down so got it paid off and traded it in for abmc Sierra which was the only truck on the lot that didn't have scratched up in mismatched seats but after a month of having the truck the suspension was showing signs of wear tie rods and control arms were bad and I was going through two used tires every two weeks so I ended up spending close to a thousand for repair because those are parts that I'm responsible for because of all the repairs and all the used tires I was buying I got a couple weeks behind buy a couple I do mean about 8 which I had let it happen with a previous card and got caught back up no problem within 2 weeks but this time they came in repossessed my vehicle even though I am a proven customer that may not always pay right on time but will always pay which is more then what most their customers will do so during the Coronavirus and the lack of work and everyone struggling just to eat and keep the lights on in their house combined with continuous repairs on the vehicle that I just got they claimed they had been understanding enough after 2 months and would accept no less than two-thirds of the $1,200 that I owed regrettably due to lack of having any other choices I did pay the $800 to get my car back this is my third car with these people I have a 2009 GMC Sierra that they charge me 24.9% APR which brought the total up over $40,000 with $520 a month payment on a truck that's 11 to 12 years old I guess I'm the idiot on that one

I was calling them from the dealership trying to set up insurance. I told the lady that I needed her to send me the information by email so I can give to the salesperson. I called 3 times. Cynthia kept saying “I’m going to send it in just a minute give me 2 mins”. I gave her 45 mins still nothing. I called again this time no answer so they sent me to someone in Southlake I believe. Her name was Mia she stayed on the phone with me until I received what I needed. The only thing she couldn’t find which is no fault of her own was my insurance card! Mia even tried calling them again and nobody answered the phone. So here I am day 2 and I still have no insurance card! They don’t care about anything at all just taking my money. I don’t even know what’s the actual name of my insurance! I wasn’t told anything
