Have never had a problem with this place. Machines are quick and worth the value; they get the job done. Never had an issue with a smell, but if that's really a concern for some people, I just throw in extra detergent and multiple dryer sheets. Although, I imagine that if there actually was a smell like some people claim extra detergent and extra dryer sheets wouldn't do the job. Last time I went to a laundromat it was all coin-operated, so when using the card system here for the first time it can be confusing, but that's just something that takes some reading comprehension and getting used to. All-in-all, I'm impressed with the machines and the efficiency of the service at this location. We get two weeks of laundry done in less than two hours, which is impressive. Also, I'm impressed with the free dryers - every time we go, we get the dryers free. We will be using this location a lot.nnI have to add I am disappointed with the staff not enforcing the mask rules. Every time I come here now (which is about once a week), I see at least one or two people walk into the facility without a mask, and the staff are terrible at enforcing it. The guy that's usually there sits on his phone when he has nothing to do, and it's incredibly frustrating that he is not keeping track of who walks in and when, and whether they're wearing a mask. I feel infuriated - I bring my mask, I walk in with it on, I have no issue doing that, but apparently the staff feel too bothered to tell their customers that masks are necessary to enter the building. Too many people just walking into this facility without a mask, and the staff are just not enforcing the rules. Quite shameful if you ask me... Some training or a talk-to needs to happen between manager and staff about the necessity of clientele coming in with masks on - I know the signs are on the door, but it appears that a good majority of the clients here have an inability to read what they say, or comprehend what the pictures depict. This place will lose my business if I notice the staff not doing a thing about those who walk in without a mask on.

The place is clean and runs with a smart card, which is awesome. However, the price is slightly above the competition.

Very rude she had no toilet paper no hand sanitizer no soak washing hands in the bathroom she refuses to clean they are not cleaning every machine like they're supposed to be by law the machines got kicked up dirt feces you name it do not go here it is unsanitary did not do one proper protocols

Highway roberry , 4 minutes per quarter for dryer. One dollar for the card to use machines , better take a lot of money if your going there plus the dryers aren't even hot . By far the worst around here, sorry but true
