Poor service - at least act like you want to help ...received a call from the neighbor about potential gas smell, the guys showed up acting like a waste of time. Bald guy was the rudest of them - sorry to interrupt your day over a gas smell
Last week I was changing the batteries in the smoke detector that is attached to my alarm system. In the process I inadvertently pushed the test button on the equipment long enough to send an alarm. I missed the phone call from the monitoring agency while I was silencing the alarm panel, within less that 5-10 minutes the Bedford Fire Department was ringing my doorbell. I would like to commend the BFD for such a fast response time and express my apologies for taking them away from their post where they could have been needed for a real emergency. It's a great comfort to know this department is protecting my property and the property of the citizens of Bedford.nDoug White
