Texas speed is confusing. Going to back to Cali. Texas sucks

Called ahead of time and asked if I could drop off defensive driving information for my teenage daughter to go along with Copies of speeding ticket she previously paid for. She was scheduled to work after school this week before the due date expires. Figured would just ask if I could possible go do. I was told yes and to make sure she signed it. My husband and I drove there hoping to make it before they closed. We made it and the lady wants to argue that it wasn’t my daughters signature. My husband and I said yes it is. She then proceeded to tell us she knows for a fact it wasn’t hers and basically telling us we were lying. It didn’t match perfectly with previous signature that was done on a straight line. Now we have to take off and return so she can sign it in front of them. If they actually looked at the letters they were the same but messier. Kids didn’t learn cursive these days and she’s been trying to master it. Without signing on a line it looked messy. I have never had anyone tell me my signature wasn’t mine. I sign three different ways. Sometimes messy and sometimes missing letters. Signature matches her drivers license. If I could just rate the lady I would. She was very unprofessional in so many ways. 1-10 shes A Big Fat Zero! Need to train workers to have better customer service. Even if she had a hard time seeing similarities. Making the statement that she knows for a fact it’s not hers and basically accusing us of signing a form for a defensive driving video. I hope this lady “That Knows” is there to actually see that in fact, it is her signature.

I placed a call to get further information on a citation received. I spoke with Lindsey. I asked for the address since it is cut off the citation along with the entire left side of the citation. She rudely responded “ It should be on the ticket”. Then rudely told me “ I’d be dealing with her at the window”.nI agree, the address SHOULD. But I explained the way the citation is printed the full address is cut off and I could bring it in to show her.nTerrible customer service. Bullying tone.

Lindsey in the Municipal Court was fantastic. I have been getting the run around from everyone from Tarrant County, Fort Worth Courts and even City of Euless trying to pay my son's ticket/warrants and she went above and beyond to help me and my son didnt even have tickets with their city! She was a blessing today with all the information she was able to provide me with. Thank you Lindsey! City of Bedford sure got a gem in you!
