BIG SCAM. I had a rental for 3 days in LA, when I got there they told me my rental is expired because I had the pickup at 5:00 PM and I got there at 7:00. when you travel and make reservation you make reservation based on approx time, you are paying by the day anyway. So the guy at the counter suggested another car that is $75 more a day. I saw multiple people there on there phones with the same experience as I was. They just want you to get there and take advantage of the fact that now you are left stranded.

If I could give ACE RENT a CAR a ZERO star rating I would because that is the service they gave me ... ZERO! ACE left me stranded at the Denver airport at 7 PM along with 15 other travelers who had reservations with ACE during Spring Break of March 2021. They never sent a shuttle to pick us up. ACE never contacted us to tell us they would not or could not provide cars for us. They never answered their phones. The corporate office did not answer or return our phone calls either. When I finally got through to an ACE office they were actually located in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas ACE Representative told us it was highly doubtful ACE would be pick us up because the Denver office was out of cars and had people waiting in their onsite office, so we should probably try to find a car at another agency. After waiting 4 hours and multiple multiple phone calls without any responses from ACE, we finally secured a car at Hertz for 3 X the amount we would have normally paid. This is a horrible company with no customer service. Do Not Ever use this place if you actually want a car to rent.

Absolutely horrible. I reserved a van 2 months in advance, and it wasn't until I arrived in Dallas; called for them to pick my family up from the airport that I was told they didn't have my vehicle. To make matters worse, they didn't even try to put me in another vehicle. I was left on my own, and had to book with a different company. Ace is very unprofessional, and I'd urge anyone not to book a reservation with them.

This company dose not pickup customers from LAX airport and didn’t give instructions on how to get to their location. We waited long time and then paid to go to their location only to find them closed by 8:00 pmnWe went to our hotel . Called them the next morningnThey refused to accept our reservation as it’s expired as they say they offered no help.nDon’t recommend them to my worst enemynIf there’s a rating below zero i would give them that

I’m glad to find Ace Rent A Car for Dallas area. I usually look for smaller name companies if possible especially when renting cars. When I found Ace, I knew this was who we needed to use. They fit our budget and the van we rented worked fabulously. It wasn’t a brand new van but it was exactly what we needed and functioned perfectly. I will say that the van was not super clean when we picked it up, but I personally wanted to clean the inside anyway to ensure it was clean, so it didn’t bother me.nI had a great experience.
