Well organized
Not bad. A lot of discounts. But hard to find the return rentals. Can't complain through. The staff is very nice and unstanding.
The customer service is on par with Walmart. It's a race to the bottom. Depending on how you booked your rental, depends on what entity can handle your issue. Online reservations can't communicate with telephone reservations, and neither can communicate with the local rental agency. The absolute worst part is the language barrier. They don't have U.S. based customer service, so you get what you get. I'll never, ever book with them again.
