Took a little longer then expected to get rental agreement at the counter
National has anyways been quick and efficient. The cars are clean, sanitized and ready to go. Occasionally the choice of cars is limited, this only reason this isn’t a five star rating. On the other hand, the lack of a choice maybe because they are so popular. Whatever the choice, I only use National.
Had to extend rental twice. Process was smooth and no issues to do so. Had a nearly flat tire one morning and took to Firestone for review. Firestone reached out to National who authorized replacement of the two front tires to restore reliability to the rental. Great experience all the way around!
By far the best place for car rentals. As an Emerald Club member, which is free to join, it is easier to grab a car and go than any other company I’ve rented with. The employees and managers are always very friendly and very helpful.
Renting at National Car Rental is convenient and easy. I do have to give a special thank you to the female attendant that assisted me upon existing the National lot. I apologize that I don’t recall her name but she recognized that I wasn’t all too happy with my vehicle and upon sensing that she took personal ownership and attempted to find me a vehicle that would suffice. I am very appreciative of her support. She did more to assist me then the manager, although I initially shared my concerns with both the manager at the counter and person at the emerald aisle.
