Avoid!!! Will never use them again.
Had to wait for the car, however it's because our flight was early so that's not their fault. The car I had wasn't ready so they gave me a free upgrade. That was awesome! The staff was great and the return was easy as pie. The car ( a Volvo SUV, GREAT CAR BTW) was clean and we'll maintained.nAll in all, got a great car at a great price. I'll use Duct again in the future.
My husband rented a car from this branch. They didn’t tell him that the car couldn’t take him to the states he needed to travel to. So when he discovered this he returned the car the next day. Sixt has charged him the full price of a near 2 week rental. He has sent numerous emails. No response. Tried calling but can’t get hold of ANY customer service. No response. At all. Despite being a gold card member. And a previous 5 month rental from them. There is no way that we could any longer recommend using Sixt as they appear to have abandoned any attempt at providing customer service in the USA Extremely disappointed in a company that we used to recommend.
1st time used this rental car company. Shelette was very professional, great customer service. We arrived almost at closing, and the office promised to wait for us in case our flight was delayed. Rental process was very easy, and easy return. We were extremely happy to get an upgrade, which came as a very nice surprise at the end of a very stressful day. Will definitely rent again in a future, and very thankful for a great customer service.
Sixt is my new go-to rental car agency. I recently rented at D/FW airport, and it was the best rental experience I've ever had. Elizabeth, my agent, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and did whatever she could to make me happy. I hope that she is a valued employee.nAdditionally, the cars were new and clean, and the check in and return process was seamless.
