Highly Professional rental service. Picked me up from the gate with my car. Very freindly personal service with a lot of resident knowledge of the area. Did not try to push any extra services at any point. Would use again.
Great service from online to in person. This business is only 5 min from the airport. I have never had such a great experience renting a car before. The owner knows what he is doing as well as the airport in Dallas. Next time we need a rental in Dallas we will rent from Firearch! You should too. Very good rental prices and clean cars.
What great service! Looked for a rental car company via Kayak and saw Firearch, figured I'd give them a try. Great prices, had an awesome car, and the owner was great! Great experience. I got a nice car for 1/2 the price of everyone else. They picked me right up when I got in. Dropped me off right back at the airport. It was a very simple, easy process. I'd rent from them again.
Firearch is legit! Best car rental experience. Easy. Simple. Friendly. Best rates compared to competitors. The location is few minutes away but it is well worth it. I don't usually write reviews but trust me on THIS and you will NOT regret!! This will be my goto spot on my next rental in Dallas!
