I give this location 5 stars. Every employee was genuinely doing their best to serve with a positive attitude. Especially Vernon (I think that was his name) he was super patient with every customer. We only use debit and they were able to accommodate us. A soft credit check was required which was a little annoying but that's just the company policy, can't blame the employees for that.

I was in need of a vehicle for my family, I couldn't find it any where else but Budget, they were super friendly and very helpful, gave us options. I the best deal. We had no problem with the vehicle either.

Budget staff told us the full size car the we book are gone. And they give us an option for an upgrade for a SUV or a nice pick up truck. We picked the pick up truck and it is very nice. Very happy about the service.

Ford Edge was really good. I especially liked that it had Apple CarPlay. Made navigation and entertainment really easy and accessible. Price was great. I think it's important that when a car is returned, if there is anything mechanical wrong with the car that the return employees should ask driver if everything was OK with car.

I'm a fast break member. I reserved my car in advance so I could just pick it up when I arrived, like I have done many times in the past. I went to the Budget counter; closed! Looked at the fast break board; dark! had to wait in a line of 40 deep at the Avis counter to get to the clerk after 45 minutes to tell me my car was in space A4. My name was not on the Avis preferred board. how was I to know?
