This location is great. I do enjoy the staff. I rented a 3 series BMW (2020) and it wasn’t in good condition. I called right away to inform them of the marks and some stains on the inside and they were really helpful. I ended up cleaning the inside of the car myself (I returned the car cleaner than I collected it). The outside was also very scratched and not washed (it seemed). The representative upon the return of the rental was very nice and helpful. I quickly informed her of everything and she gave me a credit - something I wasn’t even expecting. These were minor things I could fix myself. I am happy with Enterprise and happy with the DFW location.

Absolutely the WORST experience in car rental history. Only 1 person working the counter at one of the busiest airports in the world on a Saturday at 1pm. Waited an hour and a half in line, had a premium car reserved 2 weeks prior, was supposed to be a $57/day rental for only a 24 hour trip. Had my card charged $130 at the counter. Was then told by the lady working the lot that they did not have my vehicle and the closet thing was a BMW for $11/day more. After agreeing to that, my card was charged an additional $142 instantly! I then asked why all the charges, to which I got no answers. I had them cancel the rental immediately, yet now my card had $270 hold on it from enterprise for 5 days! I had already missed the appointment I was in town for. Ended up going to Avis and had a fully loaded Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in 20 minutes for only $48!Spoke to customer service on the phone and was supposedly escalated to corporate. Have yet to hear 1 word back in over a week. Never again will I use Enterprise.

I have been renting from Enterprise for years. I reserved a challenger for $505.54 including everything but the insurance, which I always get. I could not get the challenger because I could not charge the whole amount plus the 20% deposit(?), I have never had to pay a deposit and why do I have to pay a deposit if I am paying in full? So I was down graded to a charger, which is fine we love the charger and that is usually what we rent. I asked if the price would be lower and she said oh yeah. When we left we had actually paid $951.42. That is a huge amount. When we returned the vehicle I got an email saying that we were charged $605.13. I have not yet seen a reimbursement for the extra amounts that we were charged. The car was great, I still had a great vacation.

Our experience with Enterprise at the Dallas Fort Worth Airport was very pleasant. Check in was fast and we had our car within minutes. Our car was very clean when we received it. The return process was just as seamless. Price was also very reasonable. We will be choosing enterprise again.

The Staff at Plano Parkway & Ohio are pleasant and accommodating. They took care of us and were very attentive to detail. We received a vehicle with a front passenger seat that wouldn't adjust. It was stuck in the forward position. They offered us the option to exchange the vehicle during our rental. We were turned down for the exchange by a representative at Detroit Metro Airport. We were charged for another rental by a phone representative. The staff at Plano Parkway and Ohio rectified the situation and fairly compensated us for our inconveniences. We are grateful for the care and understanding they displayed. From management to the representatives we received first class treatment. We will use this office for future rental needs.
