You will never see your deposit back. Read these reviews before you get scammed! :( They never pick up the phone and the whole process is pretty sketch. Got picked up fine but the car was not in great condition and had to Uber back to the airport after dropping the car back off. Stay away!!
Yes, they will steal your deposit, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!nCheaper is not better in this case, pay more but don't get ripped off.
Old cars, over 100,000 miles, dirty, check engine light on. No response from email contacts. Good luck getting your $150 deposit returned. Stay away. Pay more with a real rental car agency. 2 months later still no return of deposit. They also have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am about to have to take them to small claims court. Not about the money, about them being a horrible company.
If I could give this company no stars I would. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They will NOT give you back your security deposit. They will say it comes back to you between 15-20 working days ... that is a LIE. Please DO NOT give your money to these people!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The car was ready for us, clean and a pleasure to drive. The check-in and drop-off was painless. The agent that checked us in was efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend Asap Rentals for any future rentals.
