Excellent service.. I rented a car. Got a great deal. Great price! I however i left an expensive power inverter I just bought in the vehicle. I used the online lost and found claim, gave a detailed description and a week later? My item was discovered! and I was notified I could have it shipped or Pick it up.. Honestly I never expected to see that item again, however the integrity at Enterprise Rental is not only taught and encouraged, it still exist! I can't thank you enough. From the professional on duty manager and associates? To the employees in the back! I will be renting again and again! Thanks for letting me share my story and experience with you..
Whoever the young lady was that checked me out in the parking lot, was super great so was the guy receiving the vehicle when we dropped it off.
As always, enterprise was not a problem. The whole car rental drop off was a disaster. Signs are not accurate from the actual airport and a shuttle is required to and from. That was the worst part of it. Not enterprise's fault
