Agent was helpful however Avis prices are ridiculous, will never use them or recommend Avis ever again
The specific night of my complaint Avis was running a counter for three other rental car services as well.nI am a preferred client for for years. They were rigid, none responsive, and only concerned about policy when I had a unique problem they could have solved in less that a minute. I was most grateful for an incredible employee who saved me from changing companies for my rental car services. I will give them another try!!
Great service not one compliant! From pick up to drop off we felt like we were treated like royals
Update: Avis, the email address you gave me to send my feedback to does not work.nnReview:nThe price was the cheapest, and we got a free upgrade (due to availability) to a Mustang! However, I found that the employees were just not descriptive/helpful enough. At the desk after checking in, he directed us outside, but didn't mention that the key would already be in the car, so that was a bit confusing. Then when we found out from another employee that the key was in the car, we opened it up but couldn't find it. An employee had to dig between the seats and find it for us. It was also not really explained how the gas worked. They said if we drove less than 75 miles, we should keep our gas receipt. We did that, but at pick-up, no one cared to look at the receipt.nBut regardless of the confusion, the price and the car were great. Overall, recommended!
