Mildly confusing trying to find the drop off...but the car was great and the service was top notch.

The wait to get the car was very long. Staff didn't seem to be in any hurry to work down the line. Apparently the gas wasn't recorded correctly. I prepaid the tank so I didn't have to worry about finding a gas station on the way to the airport. The agent didn't put it on the order that way. Irritating but as luck would have it we brought the car back nearly full anyway so I didn't pay anything extra. The return attendant was difficult to deal with but it ended up fine. The price was right and the car was a pleasure to drive so attendants aside, it was fine.

Myself along with many others were turned away stating there were no cars available unless you had persevered over 24 hrs ago. Thankfully I had a friend that was able to drive down to get me. However, I did notice there were over 25 Mustangs, and the same if not more, Trucks were lined up in just two rows of the parking structure as I walked to my friends vehicle. I cannot imagine all of those rental companies not being prepared for NYE rentals, nor being able to accommodate those coming in within 24hrs and shifting from other locations. Extremely poor management. These companies lost out on an extreme amount of money. I alone was there for 9 days, due to their lack of preparation, and accommodations the turned away that money, I also watched as they told a returned soldier there is nothing they could do for him. That broke my heart! He stood there and asked where he could go until a car would be available. One of the employees from Enterprise advised that there are several hotels located around the airport, and left it at that. I would rather drive to TX next trip than use any if these companies!
