This was a HORRIBLE experience. I rented a car and kept it One extra day. Originally when I asked the guy at the counter how much extra it would be if I kept it another day and he said the rental amount plus $10 extension fee which would equal $42 dollars. So I called the next day and was told it would be $62 dollars then I got to the rental place and it was $75 dollars. I got three different answers on how much it cost for a day. Then I called back and asked another rep to explain the charges and all he could tell me is that it was 32.49 for my rental and 47.00 for my taxes. 47,00 in Taxes where are we I’m Paris somewhere. No place in the world has 47.00 in taxes. Then the guy couldn’t explain what type of taxes. Are you kidding me. I will Never rent from Payless and I’ll make sure my family and friends don’t either.
Excellent service and prices for premium cars ! I got a 2018 Chevy Malibu for $15 a day.easy to return area with short walking distance to shuttle back to Airport.
