Terrible service. Everyone had attitudes! They kept pointing at me and my kids and at the car we rented. I understand there may be one notch that could’ve been filled with 2 dollars worth of gas but there was no reason to have a huge nasty attitude about it. The car was clean on the inside and I literally filled the tank right before I went here And I was just stared down by the guy that washes the car! Smh. I wish there was a selection for no stars! Don’t rent from here!!

I had a terrible experience! They moved locations the day we went to get our rental, the phone support messed everything up and said we had to pay over $100 extra for a vehicle or we couldn't have what we'd rented weeks before and then cancelled our order. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lady in store, when we finally happened to find it, tried to get us the price we paid and was pretty nice. It was seriously the worst experience and took hours to get our vehicle, driving all over the place. It was a mess. Hertz is not something I'd recommend!

I set up an appointment to have my car repaired at a body shop and was told a car would be available to pick up (since delivery apparently isn't an option with hertz). 45 minutes before heading to pick up a rental from here they said there are no cars available and I would just have to wait or go to another hertz. Now I have to scramble to find another place.nnGo check out other reviews with experiences like mine. Seems like this is a real issue for them all the time. Go elsewhere for a rental car.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This location is VERY unprofessional and unorganized. I set up a reservation a week and a half before actually needing the vehicle. They called me 15 minutes before my reservation to tell me they no longer had any vehicles. WHATS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO RESERVE ?! They also moved locations a few days ago and didn’t think to advise anyone of that info once they moved. Won’t be renting from ANY hertz ever again. Thanks for nothing.

I had the worst experience a person could have with the customer service this store gives after calling to let them know tha.t State Farm had informed me a reservation was set up with them I called to get picked up after I drop my car but was told they don't pick up after 4pm so I changed my appointment to 3pm to accommodate them as pass to driver and he was rude and informed me why they had to pick me up when there was a closer store to where I was dropping off my car informed him I had nothing to with reservation was told to call when I headed to meet at same time at service king wait an hour and driver didn't arrive called and was told he was on his , after 20 more minutes called and was told he didnt answer call so store manager would have to go after another 20 minutes finally someone shows up and takes me to Irving store cause Bedford never bothered to let me know finally get in a car after 4:39pm very unprofessional service.
